Welcome to Arul Health. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when using our app, website, and services. By using Arul Health, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Arul Health

You must be 18 years or older to use Arul Health. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. What Arul Offers

Arul Health is designed to support emotional wellness for cancer survivors, patients, and caregivers. The Services include:

• An AI companion on iMessage/SMS for guided emotional check-ins

• A library of guided meditations

• A community prompt wall where you can reflect and connect

  
  

3. Not Medical Advice

Arul Health does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or therapy. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a licensed medical provider for health concerns. Arul does not provide crisis support—if you’re in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel anytime in your app store settings.

Free trials or special offers may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Community Rules

Be kind and respectful when posting on the prompt wall. Do not share anything that’s offensive, illegal, harmful, or misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

When you share content (like responses or reflections), you allow Arul Health to display and use that content as part of the Services. We won’t use your content for advertising without your permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All meditations, tools, designs, and technology provided by Arul are owned by Arul Health. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know at eshan@arulhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Ending Your Use

You may stop using Arul Health at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We aim to offer a safe and supportive experience, but we can’t guarantee that everything will work perfectly. Arul is not liable for indirect damages (like emotional distress or data loss) as allowed by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a legal issue comes up, we’ll try to resolve it with you directly. If not, you agree to resolve it through individual arbitration, not in court or as part of a class action.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know through the app or by email. By continuing to use the Services, you accept the updated Terms.
